Children’s University is a program delivered by the University of Tasmania’s Peter Underwood Centre, which aims to raise educational engagement and outcomes for primary school-aged children.
As part of becoming a Learning Destination, we co-designed some activities and a workbook for young people around a variety of financial literacy topics.

From spotting the difference between needs and wants to understanding how digital money works, these activity sheets help kids explore the world of spending, saving, earning, and more. Whether you’re discovering new currencies, finding out why prices change over time, or taking a quiz to test what you know, each activity helps you become money smart. Learning about money is fun, easy, and perfect for curious minds! Let’s dive in!
