To join our tribe as our new Payroll Specialist, your previous payroll experience means you’re a superstar when it comes making sure employees are paid correctly and on time, you know the ins and outs of payroll compliance and you’re committed to on-time internal and external reporting. Ideally, you’ll be all over Sage Micropay and ConnX from your past adventures.

So what’s your number one aim? It’s to make sure the payroll data is correct. How will you do this? Well, you’ll coach our leaders, respond to employee questions and investigate and reconcile discrepancies. You’ll also help out in making sure our AP and AR functions happen accurately and on-time, as well as handling general admin tasks.

Reporting to our Management Accountant, you’ll be a permanent member of our Accounting & Treasury team based at our head office in Launceston. This role can be full-time or part-time for the right candidate (if you’re part-time, you must be available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays). Let us know your preference when you apply.
