Retail Store Leader

To join our tribe as our new Retail Store Leader, you’ll not only be vibrant, enthusiastic and committed to helping your team succeed, but you’ll also have a passion for delivering the best customer service, have a knack for sales and know a thing or two about basic lending.

Your number one aim will be supporting your team in putting customers first – that means giving stellar service and taking the time to figure out just what it is our customers really need.

You’ll be a permanent full-time member of our tribe, leading our awesome retail branch team in Burnie. We’re a great bunch on the coast and overtime you may also get to shine with our other teams across the north-west region.

If you punch above your weight, by reaching operational and sales targets, can communicate well, and develop others for success, while taking care with details, then you’ll be really successful in this role.

These opportunities could see you working in any of our stores in the north west region, located in Devonport, Ulverstone, Burnie and Wynyard, on a full-time or part-time basis. Just let us know your preferences on the application form.
