Our new Internet Banking site is live

A new version of our Internet Banking is now available. This update retains all the familiar features, with a fresh new design.

We recommend that you login from the Bank of us website.

Important Info

  • Our Internet Banking website has a new address.
  • Please clear your browser cache if you are having trouble accessing Internet Banking.
  • If you have the site bookmarked or in your favourites, you’ll need to update the address.

Mobile Banking has been retired

Unlike our current Internet Banking, the new version is responsive so the pages will automatically scale to different screen sizes, like tablets and iPads.

This means the existing version you may use for mobile banking is no longer needed and has been retired.

If you use a screen reader when you do your banking, the new version of Internet Banking is compatible with screen readers so you’ll no longer need to use our mobile banking site.

If you do your banking on your mobile phone, we recommend our SmartBanking app, it's secure and has a great look and feel. You download it for free from your app store.

Stay safe 

Don't forget these tips to help keep yourself safe when banking online:

  • Always login to Internet Banking from the link on the Bank of us website.
  • Don’t login to Internet Banking from links in an email or text message.
  • Don’t share your Internet Banking login details with anyone.
