Major system outage - Friday 27 May 2022

We will be upgrading our core banking system from 9pm Friday 27 May to 10am Saturday 28 May.

The following banking services will be unavailable during this time:

• Internet Banking

• Mobile Banking

• SmartBanking App

As a result, all online transactions will not be possible including, but not limited to:

• Transferring between your own accounts or other Bank of us accounts

• Transferring to other financial institutions

• BPAY and Osko payments

• Account balances

• Setting up future payments

ATM and Visa/eftpos transactions will not be affected.
