We’re different to the others

As the only Tasmanian customer owned bank, we want to make a difference in the lives of Tasmanians, of communities and the environment. We’re doing this through placing Tasmanians at the heart of banking, by caring about the local communities we do business in and putting any profits that we make back into the business, not to shareholders, so that we can keep making our products and our services even better for our customers.

So, how will you contribute to our mission?

You’ll be helping to bring our customers dreams of home ownership alive through the delivery of superior consumer lending sales and service, driving lending growth along the way.

Meeting with your customers either face to face, virtually, in store or out and about, you’ll be responsible for smashing your (achievable) operational and sales targets by introducing new consumer lending customers to Bank of us, strengthening relationships with existing customers and promoting our brand and unique service proposition throughout the region.

*Please note that the role is based in our North West Region and it is anticipated that it will primarily service our Burnie and Wynyard locations.

About you

You’ll have a solid background in consumer lending which means you’ve got the knowledge, experience and well-established networks to get the job done. You’ve got boundless energy, you live and breathe customer service, and you never forget to check in with your customers to make sure their needs are being looked after.

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who Lives it, Loves it and Owns it in-line with our organisational values and behaviours.

You & us...

You’ll love working with us and experiencing a great work-life balance, with highly flexible arrangements, professional development, and a positive organisational culture that recognises and rewards contributions. To find out more, view our  Work with us guide.

Remuneration for the role will be negotiated with the preferred candidate commensurate with qualifications, skills and experience.

Does this sound like you? We’d love to hear from you!
