A true local banking legend
From childhood memories of drawing in the Ulverstone Store while her mum did the banking, to now leading a team as Customer Experience Leader at Bank of us, Linda Rayner’s journey is deeply personal and inspiring.
Starting her career in 1998 with what was then Bass & Equitable, Linda has grown alongside the bank—through name changes, community growth, and generations of customers.
“It’s a privilege to lead a team in the community I grew up in, helping people through life’s big moments—from their first savings account to paying off their home loan.”
Her favourite part? Seeing long-time customers reach milestones and welcoming new ones who’ve heard about the genuine care and personal service Bank of us is known for.
