Who can use Bank@Post?

Anyone with a Bank of us account can use Bank@Post, all you need is:

  • Bank of us Visa credit or debit card
  • Personal Identification Number (PIN)
 
What you can do with Bank@Post
  • Withdrawals (subject to daily withdrawal limits and your available account balance).
  • Make cash deposits
  • Make cheque deposits 
  • Check your account balance
  • Low volume coin deposits (up to $20) 
  • Pay bills with Post Billpay

There are 3,500 Bank@Post outlets around Australia. 

Search for a Bank@Post outlet (select Bank@Post)

Or simply look for the Bank@Post sign which will be displayed at the entrance of a participating Post Office.

 
Fees for using Bank@Post

You can deposit cash and cheques, fee free. 

A $5 fee applies for cash withdrawals at Bank@Post. See all Fees and Charges. The fee is debited to your account at the end of the month in which the fee is incurred.

 

You're protected by the Customer Owned Banking Code

Bank@Post services are required to comply with the Customer Owned Banking Code. 

Bank of us is a member of the Customer Owned Banking Association (COBA) and is a signatory of the Customer Owned Banking Code of Practice - a set of ethical standards for customer owned banks, credit unions and mutual building societies which focus on customer benefits, community involvement, fairer fees and quality service.
