Our Stash 'n' Splash account is great if you want to earn a competitive rate of interest while having the ability to continue to save or access your funds as you require.

You can make up to 5 withdrawals or transfers from the Stash 'n' Splash account in any one month without impacting the credit interest paid on the account. However, if you make more than 5 withdrawals or transfers during a month, you won't receive any interest. You can access your account via a number of options:

Internet Banking
SmartBanking App
BPAY payments
OSKO payments
Direct debits and credits
Periodical payments

with:

No minimum deposit
Funds available at call
No fees for any withdrawals or transfers in Store, via the Contact Centre, Internet Banking or our SmartBanking App
Statements provided electronically via Internet Banking

Transaction fees that may apply

While no ongoing or transaction fees apply, other fees may apply to use of the Stash 'n' Splash account in some circumstances. For full detail of the fees that may apply, please refer to the Fees and Charges Schedule.

Credit Interest

The current Stash 'n' Splash interest rates are:

Effective 1 September 2025.

Account balance	Interest rate
Balance: <$25k	1.50% p.a.
Balance: ≥$25k-$1M	2.25% p.a.

Important: 0% applies when more than 5 withdrawals are made in a calendar month.

Interest is calculated daily based on the account balance and credited to the account at the end of each month.
