We’re different to others. We put people at the heart of banking, helping Tasmanians realise their dreams through home ownership and financial security.
Established more than 150 years ago, we are the nation’s longest-operating customer-owned bank. We’re truly Tasmanian, and the profits we make go back into the business, not to shareholders, so that we can continue to deliver on our promise of competitive products and personal service to our customers.
Over the years we’ve remained true to our original purpose of getting Tasmanians into homes. We see years more growth ahead and we plan to do that right here in Tasmania. To help us achieve this, we’re looking for talented, passionate people to come join our team.
You thrive in a collaborative People & Culture team and are focused on enhancing employee experience, engagement and workplace wellbeing. You get things done, bring positivity to your work and genuinely want others to reach their full potential — while making sure there’s room for fun along the way.
As our People Experience Specialist, you’ll contribute to a wide range of People & Culture initiatives that directly support our employees. You’ll champion our culture, support the delivery of our culture program, and help ensure an environment where people feel supported, connected and proud to work.
Your focus will include employee wellbeing, along with rewards and recognition, employee benefits, workplace health and safety, and diversity and inclusion — with recruitment supported as needed.
This permanent role offers a genuine work life balance, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for ongoing professional development. You’ll experience a positive organisational culture that values contribution, celebrates people, and encourages growth. To find out more, view our Work with us guide.
Remuneration will be negotiated with the preferred candidate based on qualifications, skills and experience.
