We put people at the heart of banking, helping Tasmanians realise their dreams through home ownership and financial security.
Established more than 150 years ago, we are the nation’s longest-operating customer-owned bank. We’re truly Tasmanian, and the profits we make go back into the business, not to shareholders, so that we can continue to deliver on our promise of competitive products and personal service to our customers.
Over the years we’ve remained true to our original purpose of getting Tasmanians into homes. We see years more growth ahead and we plan to do that right here in Tasmania. To help us achieve this, we’re looking for talented, passionate people to come join our team.
You’ll help us do this by supporting your team of Customer Experience Consultants in putting customers first through delivering amazing service in store and through our telephone and digital lines.
As a hands-on leader, you’ll be showing the way, and also coaching your team, in ensuring all your customers financial needs are met and identifying other opportunities to support their financial wellbeing through insurance and personal and home lending referrals.
We are looking for someone who Lives it, Loves it and Owns it in-line with our organisational values and behaviours. Delivering the best customer experiences is a passion, as is leading your team to do the same. You’ll bring a strong ability to uncover and respond to customers’ needs, a sound understanding of retail banking processes, excellent time management and organisational skills, and a genuine passion for developing and leading people.
You’ll love working with us and experiencing a great work-life balance, with flexible arrangements, professional development, and a positive organisational culture that recognises and rewards contributions. To find out more, view our Work with us guide.
