Bank of us telephone banking gives you the ability to check current and available account balances, transfer funds between Bank of us accounts and pay bills. All you need is a touch-tone telephone*.
To access this service, you must first register your details. You can do this at your local branch or by phoning 1300 306 716 during business hours. You will be issued with a client number and temporary access code.
The first time you use Bank of us telephone banking, enter your temporary access code. You will then be asked to choose a new telephone access code for future enquiries and/or transactions.
Step 1: When in Australia dial 1300 651 444 (overseas call +61 3 6348 3300).
Step 2: Using your telephone keypad, enter your Bank of us client number and press the hash(#) button.
Step 3: You will then be asked to enter your telephone access code followed by the hash(#) button.
Step 4: The main menu of this service will be read to you, giving you the opportunity to select which service you would like to use by pressing your telephone keypad.
* To test that you have a touch-tone telephone, lift the handset and press the hash(#) button. If you hear a 'beep' you will be able to access Bank of us telephone banking.
