Planned system outage - Monday 24 October 2022

Planned system maintenance: All banking services will be unavailable between 11pm Monday 24 October to 3am Tuesday 25 October.

The following banking services will be unavailable during this time:

  • Internet Banking
  • Mobile Banking
  • SmartBanking App
  • ATM withdrawals
  • Visa/eftpos transactions

The types of transactions that will not be possible include:

  • Transferring between your own accounts or other Bank of us accounts
  • Transferring to other financial institutions
  • BPAY and Osko payments
  • Account balances
  • Setting up future payments
  • Card or digital wallet online or in-store purchases or cash out
  • ATM cash withdrawals
