Planned system maintenance: All banking services will be unavailable between 11pm Monday 24 October to 3am Tuesday 25 October.
The following banking services will be unavailable during this time:
- Internet Banking
- Mobile Banking
- SmartBanking App
- ATM withdrawals
- Visa/eftpos transactions
The types of transactions that will not be possible include:
- Transferring between your own accounts or other Bank of us accounts
- Transferring to other financial institutions
- BPAY and Osko payments
- Account balances
- Setting up future payments
- Card or digital wallet online or in-store purchases or cash out
- ATM cash withdrawals
