Planned major system outage - affecting online banking services
5.53pm/9 Nov - Update: Our online banking services are now available. We thank everyone for their patience. If you have any concerns about your accounts, please call our Contact Centre on Monday from 8.30am.
3.24pm/9 Nov - Update: Our online banking services are still offline as we work to get our banking system back up and running. We will keep you posted and apologise for any inconvenience.
To be able to provide the best banking services for our customers, we will be upgrading our core banking system from 6pm Friday 8 November to 3pm Saturday 9 November.
The following banking services will be unavailable during this time:
- Internet Banking
- Mobile Banking
- Telephone Banking
- SmartBanking App
As a result, all online transactions will not be possible, including but not limited to:
- Transferring between your own accounts or other Bank of us accounts
- Transferring to other financial institutions
- BPAY and Osko payments
- Account balances
- Setting up future payments
ATM and Visa/Eftpos transactions will not be affected.
Any payments scheduled for Saturday 9 or Sunday 10 November will be processed on Monday 11 November. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend you reschedule any critical payments to Friday 8 November or before.
