New features are now available in Internet Banking and our SmartBanking App

What’s new?

Internet Banking (navigate to My Preferences – PIN CHANGE)

Here you can:

  • Change or set a PIN - Great if you've forgotten your PIN or when you need to set your PIN for a newly issued or replacement card.

Smart Banking App (swipe to Card Management)

Here you can:

  • Change or set a PIN - Great if you've forgotten your PIN or when you need to set your PIN for a newly issued or replacement card.
  • Lock your card – Misplaced your card? Move the slider to lock your card, while you search for it. All purchases and withdrawals including regular direct debits will be on hold until you unlock your card (payments in, like your pay or other credits will not be affected.)
  • Report a Lost or stolen card and order a replacement – If you’re unable to find your card, you can place a stop on it and request a replacement one. (Make sure your address details are correct first before ordering)

Things to note:

  • These new features use SMS One Time Passwords for extra safety and security.
  • The 'Locking your card' and 'Lost/Stolen' options are only available in the App.
