About you

Your solid background in consumer lending and credit assessment means you’ve got the knowledge, experience and well-established networks to get the job done. You’ve got boundless energy, you live and breathe customer service and you never forget to check in with your customers to make sure their needs are being looked after. You’re not content to sit back and wait for the world to come to you so you’re out there sniffing out the business and making your customers home ownership dreams come true.

Most importantly, you’re a consistent and dependable high performer who will Live it, Love it and Own it in-line with our organisational values and behaviours.

How you will help

Based from our Hobart and Rosny stores, you’ll be helping to bring our customers dreams of home ownership alive through the delivery of superior consumer lending sales and service, driving lending growth along the way. Meeting with your customers either face to face, virtually, in store or out and about, you’ll be responsible for smashing your operational and sales targets by introducing new consumer lending customers to Bank of us, strengthening relationships with existing customers and promoting our brand and unique service proposition throughout the region.
