We’re not like any other bank. We’re Bank of us. 100% Tassie owned. As the only Tasmanian customer owned bank, we want to make a difference in the lives of Tasmanians, of communities and the environment. We’re doing this through placing Tasmanians at the heart of banking, by caring about the local communities we do business in and putting any profits that we make back into the business, not to shareholders, so that we can keep making our products and our services even better for our customers
So, how will you contribute to our mission?
As the customer face of Bank of us, you’ll get to be part of our North West Customer Experience Consultant team, working across our North West stores (Devonport, Ulverstone, Burnie, and Wynyard), where your number one aim is putting your customer first. What’s important is your positive vibe and a knack for uncovering all your customer’s needs.
You’ll deliver amazing service in person in store and through our telephone and digital lines, ensuring all your customers banking transactional needs are met, and because you really care about your customer, you’ll go the extra mile to support their financial wellbeing through insurance and lending referrals, where the customer has a need.
The starting base salary for the Customer Experience Consultant role is $64,687.
