To join our tribe as our new Customer Sales & Service Consultant, you’ll not only be vibrant and super-enthusiastic, but you’ll also have a passion for delivering out-of-this-world customer service. Oh, and you’ll have a knack for sales and know a thing or two about basic lending too.
When our customers contact us by phone or online, it will be you on the other end and your number one aim is to put our customers first. Of course, for you, this is a walk in the park, as you always give stellar service and take the time to figure out just what it is our customers really need.
If you get the gig, you’ll be a permanent full-time member of our awesome Contact Centre team, based at our Corporate Centre in Devonport.
If you punch above your weight, reaching operational and sales targets and can communicate well, while taking care with details then you’ll be really successful in this role.
